Product description

LIGHTWEIGHT EPOXY MORTAR

2-K epoxy mortar with hollow glass beads
Lightweight material for vertical repairs
Workable after curing: drilling, milling, ...

Instructions

Pour the hardener (the entire bottle) into the epoxy mortar (bucket)
Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained with a slowly rotating spindle for approx. 2 min
NEVER add water, cement or other products
Apply to clean, dry and stable substrate
For applications thicker than 4 cm, apply in several layers or formwork
Finishing after curing: sanding, grinding, drilling, gluing, anchoring, nailing, etc.
Clean tools with acetone
At +15°C: working time after mixing: 30 min, mechanically loadable after 24 hours and chemically resistant after 7 days. High temperatures accelerate curing, low temperatures slow down curing
